基于网络文本分析的自然河湖型水利风景区旅游形象感知研究——以莆田九鲤湖为例

摘要 国家水利风景区是宣传水利文明的重要载体与平台,了解旅游者对自然河湖型国家水利风景区的感知及偏好,有助于增强风景区的吸引力和旅游发展方向。本文以国内三大在线旅游运营平台的莆田九鲤湖国家水利风景区的评论及点评量为数据样本,选取评论信息的时间跨度为2018-2022年,从词频、感知特征、情感方面,揭示了国内游客对国家水利风景区旅游形象的感知内容和满意度评价,结果表明:1)旅游者对九鲤湖风景区的总体形象感知较好,“不错”“瀑布”等为其核心词语;2)游客的感知形象集中在景观资源及旅游收获方面,在设施与服务评价中的感知内容呈极化;3)游客的满意度呈现较高的水平。探究莆田九鲤湖国家水利风景区的形象感知内容,既可为九鲤湖景区增强吸引力提供理论依据,也对自然河湖型水利风景区的发展提供相关参考意见。 The National Water Scenic Area is an important carrier and platform for promoting water conservancy culture.Understanding tourists'perceptions and preferences of National Water Scenic Areas of natural river and lake type,which is an approach to enhance the atractiveness of the scenic area and the direction of tourism development.This paper takes the data sample of Putian Jiuli Lake National Water Scenic Area's comments of the three major online tourism websites in China from 2018 to 2022.In terms of word frequency,perception characteristics and emotions,it reveals domestic visitors perception content and satisfaction evaluation of the tourism image of the National Water Scenic Area.The results display that:1)Tourists have a good perception of the overall image of the Jiuli Lake Scenic Area,with"nice"and"waterfall"as the core words;2)The perception image of tourists is concentrated on landscape resources and tourism harvest,and the perceived content in the evaluation of facilities and services is polarized;3)The satisfaction level of tourists is relatively high.Exploring the image perception content of Jiuli Lake can not only provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the attraction of this scenic spot,but also provide relevant reference for the development of natural river and lake type water conservancy scenic spots.
