职业院校体育教学与职业素养有效融合路径研究

Research on the Effective Integration Path of Physical Education Teachingand Vocational Competency in Vocational Colleges

职业素养视角下,职业院校体育教学存在传统应试教育观念导致的学生不重视职业体能、地区发展不均衡导致的体育场地设备短缺、职业素养意识不足导致的教学方法陈旧单一等问题。通过围绕职业素养构建职业院校体育教学内容体系,紧扣职业素养优化职业院校体育教学方式方法,结合职业素养开发职业院校体育教学评价系统等路径,促进职业院校体育教学与职业素养有效融合,从而不断优化和完善职业院校体育教学。

From the perspective of vocational competency,problems exist in physical education teaching in vocational colleges.These include a neglect of vocational physical fitness due to the traditional test-oriented education mentality,uneven regional development leading to a shortage of sports facilities and equipment,and outdated teaching methods due to a lack of awareness of vocational competency.By constructing a content system for physical education teaching in vocational colleges around vocational competency,optimizing the teaching methods in line with vocational competency,and developing an evaluation system for physical education teaching combined with vocational competency,we can promote the effective integration of physical education teaching and vocational competency in vocational colleges.This,in turn,continuously refines and improves physical education teaching in vocational colleges.
