云南省个旧市市场主体培育壮大路径探析

摘要 经济发展的根基在于市场主体,其数量和质量决定区域经济实力和竞争力。长期以来,个旧市市场主体发展不充分不平衡的矛盾突出,发展水平不高、发育相对不足、“少散小弱”等问题仍然是制约市场主体活跃度和增幅的主要因素,严重制约了经济高质量跨越式发展。要解决市场主体不多不高不强问题,应从解放思想、促进大众创业创新,扩大市场主体总量与提高质量并重、持续深化“放管服”改革、优化营商环境、加大金融服务实体经济力度等方面入手培育壮大市场主体。 The foundation of economic development lies in market entities,and their quantity and quality determine the regional economic strength and competitiveness.For a long time,the development of market entities in Gejiu City has been insufficient and imbalanced,with prominent contradictions.The low level of development,relative insufficiency,and issues like“few,scattered,small,and weak”are still the main factors restricting the activity and growth of market entities,which severely restricts the high-quality and leapfrog development of the economy.To solve the problem that market entities are not numerous,not high,and not strong,efforts should be made to emancipate the mind,promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation,attach equal importance to expanding the total number of market entities and improving quality,continuously deepen the reform of“delegating powers,improving regulation,and upgrading services”,optimize the business environment,and increase the intensity of financial services to the real economy to cultivate and strengthen market entities.
