准干式切削微量润滑装置研究进展

摘要 准干式微量润滑切削技术是我国绿色制造-可持续发展战略的重要内容,而微量润滑装置是该技术的核心。针对外部雾化型和内部雾化型微量润滑技术,系统分析了两种技术对应的外置式微量润滑装置和内置式微量润滑装置技术原理和应用特点,分析了不同类型微量润滑装置配套的油泵、喷嘴以及专用内冷主轴和内冷刀柄等关键部件研究进展和应用形式,并结合微量润滑技术在实际应用中存在的冷却润滑性不足问题,进一步介绍了静电微量润滑、油水复合微量润滑以及纳米流体微量润滑等复合增效型微量润滑技术原理和装置特点,总结分析了系列微量润滑装置应用特点并展望了微量润滑装置发展方向,为微量润滑装置的进一步升级优化和工程应用提供参考。 The minimum quantity lubrication(MQL)cutting technology for near-dry machining is an important part of China’s green manufacturing&sustainable development strategy,and MQL device is the core of this technology.The technical principles and application characteristics of the external MQL device and the internal MQL device corresponding to the MQL technology of External and internal atomization are systematically analyzed,and the research progress and application forms of the oil pump,nozzle,special internal cooling spindle,internal cooling tool handle and other key components of different types of MQL devices are analyzed.Combined with the problem of insufficient cooling lubricity existing in the practical application of MQL technology,the principle of composite MQL technology and characteristics of the device such as electrostatic MQL,oil-water composite MQL and nano fluid MQL are further introduced.The application characteristics of series MQL devices are summarized and analyzed,and the development direction of MQL devices is prospected.It provides reference for further upgrading,optimization and engineering application of MQL device.
