摘要
为研究汽车试验场中的比利时路对汽车耐久性试验的强化效果,研究比利时路强化系数与车速之间的关系。以某中型SUV为试验车辆,通过安装车辆六分力等设备采集车辆的道路载荷谱。通过功率谱分析、分布特性检验等方法介绍了载荷谱的分析处理过程。计算得出了车辆在标准用户道路行驶及比利时路行驶的相对伪损伤,得到了车速与比利时路强化系数的关系曲线。研究结果表明,频段在30 Hz以下的载荷对整车的损伤贡献最大。同时比利时路的整体强化效果较为明显,强化系数范围约为43.3~379.6,且其强化系数与车速相关,随着车速由30 km/h增加至60 km/h的过程中,强化系数先增大后减小,且在车速为50 km/h时达到峰值。道路强化系数的制定可指导企业进行疲劳耐久试验规范的编制工作,缩短规范开发周期。
In order to study the enhancement effect of Belgian road on vehicle durability test,the relationship between Belgian road enhancement coefficient and vehicle speed.A medium-sized SUV is used as the test vehicle,and the road load spectrum of the vehicle is collected by the wheel force transducer and other equipment.The analysis and processing process of load spectrum is introduced by means of power spectrum analysis and distribution characteristic test.The relative pseudo damage of standard user road and Belgian road is calculated,and the relation curve between vehicle speed and reinforcement coefficient of Belgian road is obtained.The research results indicate that loads in the frequency band below 30 Hz contribute the most to the damage of the vehicle.At the same time,the overall strengthening effect of the Belgian road is relatively obvious,with a strengthening coefficient range of about 43.3 to 379.6,and its strengthening coefficient is related to vehicle speed.As the vehicle speed increases from 30 km/h to 60 km/h,the strengthening coefficient first increases and then decreases,and reaches its peak at a speed of 50 km/h.The research results can guide enterprises to compile the specifications of vehicle fatigue endurance test and shorten the specification formulation period.
