一种检测用万能精密工作台的设计

摘要 为解决当前发动机缸盖、轴轮、涡轮传动副、涡轮叶片、磁悬浮风机叶轮、口罩机辊模等由五轴联动加工中心一次性加工出来的形位尺寸精度高,且外形结构复杂的零部件或产品五轴全向精密检测问题,从工作原理、结构组成、实例应用验证分析等方面入手,研发一种新型检测用万能精密工作台。该万能精密工作台具有结构新颖、紧凑,操作简单方便,经济实用,维护方便等特点,可实现一次装夹,进行各种角度、各种方向、各个维度的检测,可广泛应用于三坐标测量仪、影像测量仪等各种设备及场合,可在三坐标测量仪等不增加附加件的条件下,进行五轴全向精密检测,使影像测量仪具备三坐标精密检测能力,极大地扩展了检测仪器设备的检验能力和检验精度。该万能精密工作台也可应用于其他各类几何测量,有利于扩展企业现有仪器设备的功能,提高检测能力,促进仪器设备更加高效、高质、充分利用,节约成本,提高效率。 In order to solve the problem of five-axis omnidirectional precision detection of parts or products with complex shape and structure that are processed by five-axis linkage machining center at one time,such as engine cylinder head,shaft wheel,turbine transmission pair,turbine blade,magnetic levitation fan impeller and mask machine roll,a new universal precision table for testing is developed from the aspects of working principle,structure,application verification and analysis.The universal precision table has the characteristics of novel structure,compact,simple and convenient operation,economical and practical,convenient maintenance and so on.By using the equipment,the detection of various angles,directions and dimensions at one-time clamping can be realized.It can be widely used in various equipment and occasions such as CMM and image measuring instrument.By using the equipment,five-axis omnidirectional precision detection can be carried out without adding any additional parts to the CMM,so that the image measuring instrument has the ability of CMM precision detection,and the inspection ability and inspection accuracy of the testing instrument are greatly expanded.The universal precision table can also be applied to other kinds of geometric measurement methods,which is conducive to expanding the function of existing instruments and equipment of enterprises,improving the detection ability,promoting the more efficient,high quality,full use of instruments and equipment,saving costs and improving efficiency.
