面向用户体验的康复轮椅分析及设计

摘要 为了提高康复医疗设备设计的可行性和易用性,基于用户体验理论和方法,以下肢行为障碍人群的康复训练轮椅设备为对象开展分析设计。对现有轮椅设备的文献以及专利展开分析,统计其产品布局及高频词汇,结果表明功能和结构是轮椅设备设计的重点,据此确定研究方向。然后开展用户分析,收集用户体验需求,将功能设定为轮椅+助行器+担架,并以多功能和轻量化为核心设计机会开发了两个设计方案。通过建立用户样本,收集用户评价,结合形态、功能、结构、体积、重量、舒适度和操作等评价意见,以轻量化设计方案为基础进行优化,得到最终的完善方案。该方案能够切实提升用户体验感,深受用户喜爱,检验了用户体验理论和方法的有效性。 To improve the feasibility and convenient of rehabilitation medical equipment design,based on user experience theory and methods,analysis and design are conducted on rehabilitation training wheelchair equipment for people with lower limb behavioral disorders.Analysis is firstly conducted on the literature and patents of existing wheelchair equipment,their product layout and high-frequency vocabulary and summarized.The results indicate that function and structure are the focus of wheelchair equipment design.the research direction is then determined and user analysis are conducted to collect user experience requirements,and the functions are set as wheelchair+walker-aid+stretcher.Two design solutions are developed with multifunction and lightweight as the core design opportunities.By establishing user samples,collecting user evaluations,evaluation opinions on form,function,structure,volume,weight,comfort,and operation are considered and optimization is carried out based on lightweight design schemes to obtain the final comprehensive scheme.The proposed scheme can effectively enhance user experience and receive users’favor,verifying the effectiveness of user experience theory and methods.
