车载激光雷达镜头模组自动耦合焊接技术

摘要 车载激光雷达作为自动驾驶系统中不可或缺的高精度传感器,其市场规模将在短时间内保持高速增长。目前,车载激光雷达镜头模组的耦合固定多采用半自动耦合及UVH双固化工艺,很难达到车规级产品的标准。为此,提出将中继镜系统和激光焊接技术应用于车载激光雷达镜头模组生产制造工艺,并搭建车载激光雷达镜头模组自动耦合焊接测试平台。借助成像监测系统实时监控Sensor的成像效果,并将调整量反馈到伺服控制系统完成自动耦合;采用激光焊接工艺完成自动焊接,实现自动耦合焊接过程的数字化监控。针对测试平台生产的车载激光雷达镜头模组样品,进行光学性能、结构强度和环境可靠性能的测试和分析。结果表明:自动耦合焊接技术更适用于车载激光雷达产品。 The vehicular lidar has been the indispensable high-precision sensors in the autonomous driving system,and its market scale will maintain a high growth in a short time.At present,the coupling and fixation of the vehicular lidar lens module mostly adopts the process of semi-automatic coupling and UVH curing,which is difficult to reach the standard of vehicular products.Therefor,the application of the relay mirror system and the laser welding technology is put forward to the manufacturing process of the vehicular lidar lens module,and a test platform for the auto-coupling and auto-welding of the vehicular lidar lens module is built.The imaging effect of the Sensor is monitored in real time by means of the imaging monitoring system,and the adjustment quantity is fed back to the servo control system to complete automatic coupling;the laser welding process is adopted to complete automatic welding,realizing the digital monitoring of the auto-coupling and autowelding process.The optical properties,structural strength and environmental reliability of the vehicular lidar lens module samples produced on the test platform are tested and analyzed.The results show that the auto-coupling and auto-welding technology is more suitable for the vehicular lidar products.
