基于机械手运作的机床行程开关自动装配设备设计与实现

摘要 行程开关是机床的限位保护装置,针对目前行程开关生产中自动化水平不高的问题,开发设计了自动装配设备。根据生产线上的工作要求和实际情况运用SolidWorks进行三维结构设计,在装置的工作运行空间内计算出自动装配设备的运动参数和结构参数。根据生产线的工作要求选择设备的驱动形式和执行机构,设计出该装置的气缸尺寸并校核关键部件的强度;根据自动装配设备的工作需求,采用模块化结构方案,将自动装配设备分成多个模块,对每个模块进行设计,再把设计的模块拼装起来;根据工作需求设计计算,然后选取合适的气缸;根据生产线的实际情况和该工位自动装配设备的空间布置,设计自动装配设备的驱动机构,最终合理地安装在固定基座上,使整个机构布局合理。结果表明:该设备完成调试后,完成一个产品的装配周期为4 s,系统运行可靠性好,装配精度较高,为同行业的相关装配生产线提供了借鉴。 The travel switch is the limit protection device of the machine tool.Aiming at the low automation level in the production of the travel switch at present,the automatic assembly equipment is developed and designed.According to the working requirements and actual situation of the production line,SolidWorks is used for three-dimensional structure design,and the motion parameters and structural parameters of the automatic assembly equipment are calculated in the working space of the device.According to the working requirements of the production line,the driving form and actuator of the equipment are selected,the type of transmission mechanism of the device is designed and the strength of key components is checked.According to the working requirements of the automatic assembly equipment,the modular structure scheme is adopted to divide the automatic assembly equipment into multiple modules,design each module,and then assemble the designed modules.According to the work demand,the appropriate cylinder is selected.According to the actual situation of the production line and the spatial layout of the automatic assembly equipment at this station,the driving mechanism of the automatic assembly equipment is designed and finally reasonably installed on the fixed base to make the layout of the whole mechanism reasonable.The results show that after the equipment is debugged,the assembly cycle of a product is 4 s,the system has good operation reliability and high assembly accuracy,and it provides reference for relevant assembly production lines in the same industry.
