基于乳化泵的水泥净浆混合泵研制及仿真分析

摘要 目前水泥净浆搅拌装置普遍存在搅拌效果不好、效率低下等问题,并且每次搅拌量较大,容易造成水泥净浆的过度浪费。针对此情况,设计一款可实现水泥和水按需混合、高效搅拌的水泥净浆混合泵。有效解决水泥净浆的强度和均匀性问题,可大幅提高道路施工效率、节约资源和保护环境等。在结构设计相关理论方面与乳化泵类似,充分考虑定转子间隙与转速对水泥浆的影响,确保水泥净浆在符合要求情况下降低设备的能耗。通过分析固-液两相流的运动特点,利用Fluent软件,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型和欧拉多相流模型相结合的方式,可以更加接近真实湍流情况。由流场仿真分析可知,水泥粉料与水经过两次混合效果较好,粉料体积分数从混合到流出保持着很好的均匀分布状态。没有出现回流、堵塞、漩涡等现象,混合效果达到设计要求。仿真结果可为后续水泥净浆混合泵的制造与应用提供一定的理论指导。 At present,the cement paste mixing device generally has poor mixing effect,low efficiency,and large mixing volume each time,which is easy to cause excessive waste of cement paste.In response to this situation,a cement slurry mixing pump that can achieve on-demand mixing and efficient mixing of cement and water has been designed,effectively solving the problems of strength and uniformity of cement slurry,greatly improving road construction efficiency,saving resources,and protecting the environment.Similar to emulsification pump in terms of structural design theory,consider the influence of stator and rotor clearance and rotation speed on cement slurry to ensure that the cement slurry can reduce the energy consumption of equipment under the condition of meeting the requirements.By analyzing the motion characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow and using Fluent software,the combination of RNG k-ɛturbulence model and Euler multiphase flow model can approach the real turbulence situation more closely.From the flow field simulation analysis,it can be seen that the cement powder and water have a good mixing effect after two times,and the volume fraction of the powder keeps a good uniform distribution from mixing to outflow.Without backflow,blockage,vortex and other phenomena,and the mixing effect meet the design requirements.The simulation results provide some theoretical guidance for the manufacture and application of the following cement paste mixing pump.
