摘要
以Proteus和LabVIEW作为开发平台,单片机为下位机,上位机利用虚拟仪器技术,设计了一套剪板机自动控制仿真系统,控制系统主要是由单片机最小系统、电机控制电路、按键电路、数码管显示电路、串行接口通信电路组成,执行部分由送料小车、限位开关、光电检测开关、剪切刀、压块、传送带及其相匹配的输送带轮、各个驱动电机、待加工板料以及相应的传动机构组成,通过读入剪板机各开关的状态控制相应电机转动,并进行剪板计数及显示,采用LabVIEW与单片机之间串口通信,将下位机的剪板数送至上位机前面板上实时显示,剪板到预设值报警。该系统通过仿真软件可直观地显示控制电机的运行和剪板数的结果,上位机界面友好,具有良好的人机交互能力,并进行了Proteus仿真及实物模拟制作,实现了剪切过程的自动化。
Taking Proteus and LabVIEW as the development platform,the single chip microcomputer as the lower computer,and the upper computer using the virtual instrument technology,a set of automatic control simulation system of the shearing machine is designed.The control system is mainly composed of the minimum system of the single chip microcomputer,the motor control circuit,the key circuit,the digital tube display circuit,and the serial interface communication circuit.The execution part is composed of the feeding trolley,the limit switch,the photoelectric detection switch,the shearing knife,the pressing block,the conveyor belt and its matching conveyor pulley,each drive motor,the plate to be processed and the corresponding transmission mechanism.The corresponding motor rotation is controlled by reading the state of each switch of the shearing machine.The number of shear plates of the lower computer is sent to the front panel of the upper computer for realtime display by serial communication between LabVIEW and single chip microcomputer,and the shear plate is alarmed to the present value.The system can visually display the results of the operation of the control motor and the number of shear plates through the simulation software.The upper computer has a friendly interface and good human-computer interaction ability.Proteus simulation and physical simulation production are carried out to realize the automation of the shearing process.
