热处理对X80钢疲劳裂纹扩展规律的影响

摘要 X80管线钢在长距离油气输送管线中被广泛使用,在实际工程中,材料的疲劳问题是管线设计和安全运营的关键因素。采用Smith法对比七点递增多项式法和割线法,采用成组数据处理方法对试样先淬火然后回火处理,应力比R=0.1、加载频率f=10 Hz的试验条件下,在MTS伺服液压万能试验机上进行疲劳裂纹扩展,获得了标准紧凑拉伸C(T)试样的疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN与应力强度因子幅值ΔK的关系曲线图,研究了热处理前后X80管线钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率的变化规律。结果表明,七点递增多项式法可以更好地反映材料的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,热处理后X80管线钢的疲劳裂纹扩展曲线更加平缓,表现出更强的抗疲劳裂纹萌生能力。 X80 pipeline steel is widely used in long-distance oil and gas transmission pipelines.In practical engineering,fatigue is the key factor to the pipeline design and safe operation.The Smith method is used to compare the seven point incremental polynomial method and the secant method,and the method of group data processing is adopted.Under the test conditions of quenching and tempering samples,stress ratio R=01,loading frequency f=10 Hz,fatigue crack growth is carried out on the MTS servo hydraulic universal test machine.The relationship curve between fatigue crack growth rate da/dN and stress intensity factor amplitudeΔK of standard compact tensile C(T)sample is obtained,and the variation rule of fatigue crack growth rate of X80 pipeline steel before and after heat treatment is studied.The results show that the seven point incremental polynomial method can reflect the fatigue crack growth rate of the material better.After heat treatment,the fatigue crack growth curve of X80 pipeline steel is gentler,showing stronger resistance to fatigue crack initiation.
