摘要
智能家居中控是现代家庭中各种智能家电与设备的大脑,现在市场上的中控产品存在使用不方便、不够美观、生产难度大、价格高等问题。针对这些问题,提出了自动磁吸的结构方案,能够更便利地安装与拿取智能中控,扩大了智能中控的使用范围;提出了可调整角度摆放和充电的结构方案,提高了使用便利性。并通过分析实际安装的痛点,提出了弹性安装耳的C形孔耳安装方案。进一步地,通过对智能中控结构的塑胶件的入胶口优化布局,控制了产品的间隙,同时通过仿真分析工具对产品的壁厚等优化,有效提高了产品的美观性。也从模具的角度出发,从产品零件的互换性考虑,降低了产品的生产成本。涉及产品的相关方案均得到实际生产和市场的验证,可行性强,为从事相关产品和行业的人员提供参考,共同提高智能家居产品的档次和品质。
The smart home central control is the brain of all kinds of smart home appliances and devices.However,the central control products on the market now have some problems,such as inconvenient use,insufficient aesthetics,difficult production,and high prices.In response to these issues,an automatic magnetic attraction mechanism scheme which is more convenient to install and take is put forward,which expands the application scope of central control.The mechanism scheme of adjustable angle placement and charging is put forward,which improves the convenience of use.By analyzing the pain points of actual installation,the installation scheme of C-shaped hole ear with elastic installation ear is put forward.Furthermore,by optimizing the layout of the plastic inlet of the central control mechanism,the gap of the product is controlled.And at the same time,by optimizing the wall thickness of the product with simulation analysis tool,the aesthetics of the product is effectively improved.Also from the perspective of mold,from the perspective of interchangeability of product parts,reduce the production cost of products.The relevant solutions related to the products have been verified by actual production and market,with strong feasibility,which provides development reference and creative points for people engaged in related products and industries,and jointly improves the level and quality of smart home products.
