走珠换色技术在商用车涂装线的应用

Application of Piggable Color Change System in Commercial Vehicle Coating Line

为满足商用车用户对产品颜色多品种、小批量、定制周期短等需求,一种高效的换色技术(走珠换色)引入了商用车涂装线。以某公司新建驾驶室涂装线工艺选择为案例,阐述走珠换色技术的应用优势,对于汽车老涂装线输调漆系统的改造或新建涂装线规划具有指导意义。

In order to meet the requirements of commercial vehicle users in aspects of product color,variety,small batch and short customization cycle,etc.An efficient color change technology(i.e.piggable color change)has been introduced to the commercial vehicle coating line.This paper takes the process selection of a new cab painting line as an example,introduces the application advantages of piggable changing technology,which could be useful for the upgradation of the old automobile painting line or the planning of the new painting line.
