填料对钢结构防火涂料耐火性能的研究进展

为了改善钢结构防火涂料的耐火性能,需要研究如何添加不同填料来提高涂层残炭量、致密性、强度、抗氧化性等各项性能,以及填料与各组分之间相互协作的关系。介绍了填料在防火涂料中的作用;重点介绍了无机填料和新型生物基填料对防火涂料耐火性能的研究成;并对填料在防火涂料中的应用技术进行了展望。

In order to improve the fire resistance of fireproof coatings for steel structure,it is necessary to study the addition of different fillers to improve the residual carbon content,compactness,strength,oxidation resistance and other properties of the coatings,as well as the relationship between the filler and the components.In this article,the functions of fillers in fireproof coatings are introduced.The research results of inorganic fillers and new bio-based fillers on the fire resistance of fireproof coatings are described in particular.The further applications of fillers in fireproof coatings are given.
