摘要
为了研究防火涂料粘结剂在高温下的体积变化规律,通过X射线荧光光谱仪分析不同粘结剂化学成份,从化学组成上分析粘结剂的耐火性能。采用加热方法,拍摄在加热条件下粘结剂的图像,再利用图像软件,选取高温条件下粘结剂的图像边界,统计图像像素,计算高温条件下图像的面积膨胀倍率,绘制粘结剂温度-面积收缩率变化图,得到高温条件下粘结剂的膨胀规律。
In order to study the volume change of fireproof coatings binders at elevate temperature,the chemical composition of different binders is analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,and the fireproof binders is analyzed from the chemical composition.By heating the binder,images of the binder under heating conditions are taken.Image software is used to select the image boundary of the binder under elevate conditions,count image pixels,calculate the area expansion ratio of the image under elevate conditions,and draw the temperature-area variation diagram of the binder to obtain the expansion law of the binder under elevate conditions.
