基于交互正交试验的全麦粉粉尘云最低着火温度的影响研究

摘要 为了探究饲料粉尘的燃烧特性,选用全麦粉为试验对象,使用Godbert-Greenwald(G-G)恒温炉装置从粉尘粒径、质量浓度、惰性介质碳酸钙质量分数这3个因素找出对全麦粉粉尘云最低着火温度(MITC)的影响效应。利用交互正交试验通过直观分析法和方差分析法分析试验数据得出各因素及其交互作用对混合粉尘MITC的影响程度,旨在为饲料行业生产防火防爆提供理论依据。结果表明:惰性介质碳酸钙质量分数对全麦粉尘MITC影响最显著;粉尘粒径与质量浓度对全麦粉尘MITC存在交互作用。 In order to explore the combustion characteristics of feed dust,whole wheat powder was selected as the test object,and the godbert-Greenwald(G-G)thermostatic furnace device was used to find out the influence of dust particle size,mass concentration and inert medium calcium carbonate percentage on the minimum ignition tempera-ture(MITC)of mixed feed dust.The effects of various factors and their interaction were analyzed by cross orthogonal test and their interaction on MITC of whole wheat flour dust was obtained,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the production of feed industry fire and explosion prevention.The results show that the percentage content of inert medium calcium carbonate has the most significant influence on MITC of whole wheat flour dust.The influence of dust particle size and mass concentration on MITC of whole wheat flour dust has an interactive effect.
