脱硫灰烧制陶粒装置烟气处理工艺

摘要 利用循环流化床的脱硫灰、干法或半干法脱硫工艺的副产物脱硫灰作为原料,与黏土等其他配料进入炉窑烧制成陶粒的装置,是综合利用资源化的一种新技术、新工艺。该装置排放烟气温度高、污染物具有二氧化硫、氮氧化物、灰尘浓度高等特点。本环保装置根据烟气特点,采用烟气余热回收与脱硫脱硝的联合工艺,达到烟气排放要求和余热回收节能环保目的,同时也为同类烟气治理提供了一种新的思路和参考。 The use of circulating fluidized bed desulfurization ash,dry or semi-dry desulfurization process by-prod-uct desulfurization ash as raw materials,and other ingredients such as clay into the furnace to burn into ceramsite is a new technology and new process for comprehensive utilization of resources.The exhaust gas temperature of the device is high,and the pollutants have the characteristics of high concentration of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and dust.According to the characteristics of flue gas,the environmental protection device adopts the combined process of flue gas waste heat recovery and desulfurization and denitrification to meet the requirements of flue gas emission and the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection of waste heat recovery.It also provides a new idea and reference for similar flue gas treatment.
