摘要
根据节能环保产业特点及国内外相关评价研究基础,从产业发展规模、产业发展效益、产业技术水平、产业发展潜力4个方面,目标、一级指标、二级指标3个层次构建了地区节能环保产业综合评价模型,该模型打破功效系数法传统模式,根据节能环保对比评价需求,首次利用改进的功效系数进行了修正,实现更加准确科学的评价,并利用中部六省发展数据对该模型进行了实证分析,运用熵权法和功效系数法计算各省综合得分,并可实现各省具体发展指标横向比较分析。
According to the characteristics of the energy conservation and environmental protection industry,the rel-evant evaluation and research basis at home and abroad,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model in-clude four aspects of industrial development scale,industrial development benefits,industrial technology level,and industrial development potential,and three levels of objectives,primary indicators and secondary indicators.This model breaks the traditional model of efficiency coefficient method,the improved efficiency coefficient was used for correction to achieve more accurate and scientific evaluation for the first time.The model is empirically analyzed by using the development data of six central provinces,sing entropy weight method and efficiency coefficient method to calculate the comprehensive score of each province,and can realize horizontal comparative analysis of specific devel-opment indicators of each province.
