摘要
为解决陈四楼煤矿深部大断面岩巷掘进过程中遇到围岩破碎带支护困难问题,采用理论计算方法确定了支护优化方案,对破碎带巷道采用“锚网索”、架设36U型钢棚、壁后充填注浆等“主动+被动”联合支护,以实现支架与围岩的耦合支护,提高围岩的承载能力。根据后期矿压观测,该段巷道变形量均控制在100 mm内,达到了设计优化目的。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in supporting the broken zone of surrounding rock encountered during the excavation of the deep and large cross section rock roadway in Chensilou Coal Mine,a theoretical calculation method is used to determine the support optimization scheme.For the broken zone roadway,"active+passive"combined support is used,such as"anchor mesh cable",setting up 36U type steel shed,and filling and grouting behind the wall,to achieve coupling support between the support and the surrounding rock and improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock.According to the later mine pressure observation,the deformation amount of this section of the roadway is controlled within 100 mm,achieving the design optimization purpose.
