软岩煤层回采期间煤柱垮落机理及控制技术

摘要 针对华阳煤矿15102工作面回采至475 m处时回风顺槽超前70 m范围内非煤侧巷帮出现严重收敛、垮落等现象,通过技术研究从围岩应力、煤层稳定性以及支护强度等几方面合理分析了巷帮煤柱破碎原因,并根据工作面回采现状,对破碎巷帮煤柱提出了“柔性卸压注浆支护+角锚索+水力膨胀锚杆”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:采取联合支护后巷帮收敛量由原来的0.87 m减小为0.33 m,顶板跨距由原来的0.42m减小至0.21 m,有效控制了超前应力区巷帮煤柱变形、破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the phenomena when the 15102 working face of Huayang Coal Mine is mined to 475 m,serious convergence and collapse occurred in the non coal side roadway side within 40 m of the advance of the return air channel,the reasons for the broken of the roadway side coal pillars are reasonably analyzed through technical research from several aspects such as surrounding rock stress,coal seam stability,and support strength.According to the current mining situation of the working face,a combined support technology of"flexible pressure relief grouting support+angle anchor cable+hydraulic expansion anchor rod"is proposed for the coal pillar of the broken roadway side.The practical application results show that after adopting combined support,the convergence amount of the roadway side is reduced from 0.87 m to 0.33 m,and the span of the roof is reduced from 0.42 m to 0.21 m,which effectively controlled the deformation and broken phenomenon of the coal pillars in the advanced stress zone of the roadway side,and achieved significant application results.
