摘要 为解决鹤壁煤电股份有限公司第三煤矿综放工作面超前支护工序繁杂和职工劳动强度较大,影响综放工作面快速推进等相关问题,以鹤煤三矿4204综放工作面为工程背景,通过数值模拟和理论计算得出该工作面注浆锚索的施工方案和施工工序,并在现场进行了工业性试验。现场表明,注浆锚索支护区域巷道的变形量比原超前支护方式小,对综放工作面的顶板控制效果比较明显,具有较广的使用前景。 In order to solve the problems of complex advanced support processes and high labor intensity of employees in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of No.3 Coal Mine in Hebi Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.,which affects the rapid advancement of the fully mechanized caving face,and other related problems,taking the 4204 fully mechanized caving face of Hebi Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,the construction plan and process of the grouting anchor cable in the working face were obtained through numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,and industrial tests were conducted on site.On site,it has been shown that the deformation of the roadway in the grouting anchor cable support area is smaller than that of the original advanced support method,and the control effect on the roof of the fully mechanized caving working face is relatively obvious,which has a broad application prospect.
