瓦斯抽采钻孔封堵一体化封孔技术研究

摘要 针对煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔受地应力影响、后期使用中易发生钻孔围岩裂隙衍生、钻孔漏气抽采浓度低等现状,以寺河矿5310综采工作面巷道为工程背景,分析瓦斯抽采钻孔使用后期失效的主要原因,提出钻孔封堵一体化技术理念,研制了三囊袋封堵一体化装置,并对裂隙堵漏材料进行配比分析,确定了最优的配比方案。试验结果显示:采用封堵一体化技术后,相比于两堵一注技术钻孔平均瓦斯浓度由17.2%上升至59.6%,大力提高了煤层瓦斯的抽采效果。 In view of the current situation of coal seam gas drainage drilling being affected by geological stress,easy occurrence of cracks derivation in the surrounding rock of boreholes during later use,and low drainage concentration of gas leakage in drilling,taking the 5310 fully mechanized mining face roadway of Sihe Mine as the engineering background,the main reasons for the failure of gas drainage drilling in the later stage of use are analyzed.The concept of integrated drilling and plugging technology is proposed,and a three bag plugging integrated device is developed.The proportion of crack sealing materials is analyzed,the optimal ratio scheme is determined.The experimental results show that after adopting the integrated plugging technology,the average gas concentration of drilling increased from 17.2%to 59.6%compared to the two blocking and one injection technology,greatly improving the effect of coal seam gas drainage.
