摘要
裕丰煤业原煤洗选后煤泥产率高达35.22%。为实现中煤华利裕丰煤业煤泥的减量化处理,在对煤泥特性分析基础上提出水力旋流器分级+正-反浮选煤泥深度分选工艺。通过试验确定水力旋流器型号、入料压力、正浮选和反浮选捕收剂用量等最优工艺参数。试验结果表明:最优工艺参数对煤泥进行深度分选可回收精煤34.42%、中煤24.17%、含高岭土尾煤14.37%,煤泥提质增效效果显著。
After the raw coal of Yufeng Coal Industry is washed,the coal slime yield is as high as 35.22%.In order to realize the coal slime reduction treatment of China Coal Huali Yufeng Coal Industry,based on the analysis of coal slime characteristics,the coal silme deep separation process of hydrocyclone classification+positive-reverse flotation is proposed.The optimal process parameters such as hydrocyclone model number,feed pressure,positive flotation and reverse flotation collector dosages are determined through tests.The test results show that 34.42%of clean coal,24.17%of middling coal and 14.37%of tailings containing kaolin can be recovered by deep separation of coal slime with the optimal process parameters,the effect of improving the quality and efficiency of coal slime is significant.
