m6A甲基化与肿瘤细胞程序性死亡的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenine,m6A)是真核细胞中最常见的内部RNA修饰方式,近年来受到越来越多的关注。m6A在生物体内发挥着多样性作用,其作用机制可能与m6A基因序列的位置发生改变有关。m6A修饰从多个方面影响转录后修饰,在细胞的各种病理生理过程中发挥着重要调节作用。肿瘤细胞的程序性细胞死亡(programmed cell death,PCD)包括细胞凋亡、细胞焦亡、铁死亡、坏死性凋亡以及细胞自噬。本文将从m6A甲基化与肿瘤细胞程序性死亡的研究进展作一综述,介绍m6A甲基化在体内的作用、m6A甲基化与PCD的相关性、m6A通过PCD途径与肿瘤及以m6A通过PCD途径为靶点在肿瘤诊疗方面的意义。 N6-methyladenosine(m6A) is the most common internal RNA modification in eukaryotic cells and has received increasing attention in recent years.m6A plays a diverse role in organisms,and its mechanism of action may be related to the changes in the position of the m6A gene sequence.m6A modification affects post-transcriptional modification from multiple aspects and plays an important regulatory role in various pathophysiological processes of cells.Programmed cell death(PCD) of tumor cells includes apoptosis,pyroptosis,ferroptosis,necroptosisand autophagy.This article will review the research progress of m6A methylation and tumor cell programmed death,and introduce the role of m6A methylation in vivo,the correlation between m6A methylation and PCD,the relationship between m6A and tumor through PCD pathway,and m6A through the significance of PCD pathway as a target in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
