摘要
急性髓系白血病是成年人最常见的恶性血液系统疾病,长期生存率不理想。Wnt信号通路通过β-catenin依赖的经典通路和β-catenin非依赖的非经典通路发挥生物学功能,在急性髓系白血病中异常活化,且与AML肿瘤细胞增殖、耐药以及白血病干细胞存活密切相关。本文对Wnt信号通路的组成、经典和非经典Wnt通路在急性髓系白血病中的作用机制及可能的治疗靶点进行回顾,综述Wnt通路在急性髓系白血病中的研究进展。
Acute myeloid leukemia is the most common hematological malignancy disorder in adults with unsatisfactory long-term survival.The Wnt signaling pathway exerts biological functions through theβ-catenin-dependent canonical pathway and theβ-catenin-independent non-canonical pathway,which is abnormally activated in acute myeloid leukemia,and is closely associated with proliferation,drug resistance,as well as leukemic stem cell survival of AML cells.We review the composition of the Wnt signaling pathway,the mechanisms of canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway,and review the progress of Wnt signaling pathway in acute myeloid leukemia.
