摘要
越来越多的证据表明,非编码RNA(ncRNAs),如微RNA(miRNAs)、长非编码RNA(lncRNAs)和环状RNA(circRNAs),通过调节一种新发现的铁依赖性脂质过氧化驱动的细胞死亡,即铁死亡,在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的发生和发展中起着重要作用。尽管取得了一些研究进展,但到目前为止,NSCLC中ncRNAs调节铁死亡的作用仍缺乏系统的综述。本文简要介绍了铁死亡,并介绍了非小细胞肺癌中非编码RNA调节NSCLC铁死亡的分子机制的最新进展,以期揭示非编码RNA通过调节铁死亡参与NSCLC发病的分子机制,进而从ncRNA角度阐述铁死亡参与NSCLC提供理解和思路。
Accumulating evidence have shown that non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),such as microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs)have been found to play an important role in the initiation and development of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)through modulation of ferroptosis,an iron-dependent form of regulated cell death(RCD),attributed to the accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides and redox imbalance.Despite these advances,a systematical review insight into the role of ncRNAs modulate ferroptosis in NSCLC is still lacking till date.The current review briefly introduces ferroptosis,and then provided the recent progress in elucidating the molecular mechanism of ncRNAs modulate ferroptosis in NSCLC,hoping to uncover the molecular mechanism by which ncRNA sengages in the pathogenesis of NSCLC through modulatig ferroptosis.
