Electroacupuncture for Acute Renal Injury in Sepsis

脓毒症是宿主对感染反应失调而导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,肾脏是脓毒症中较容易受损的器官之一,脓毒症急性肾损伤(sepsis acute kidney injury,AKI)是ICU患者的主要死亡原因。在全球范围内,脓毒症SKI具有发病率高、病死率高的特点。近期实验研究发现,电针治疗可以减轻脓毒症AKI,改善脓毒症的预后。本文对脓毒症肾损伤的病理生理、目前脓毒症肾损伤的治疗方法、电针治疗脓毒症肾损伤的机制进行总结,以期为临床治疗脓毒症提供新的思路。

Sepsis is defined as life-threatening organ dysfunction,caused by a dysregulated host response to infection.The kidney is one of the most vulnerable organs in sepsis,and acute kidney injury in sepsis is the leading cause of death in ICU patients.Globally,sepsis acute kidney injury(AKI) is characterized by high morbidity and mortality.Recent experimental studies have found that electroacupuncture can alleviate AKI during sepsis and improve the prognosis of sepsis.This article will summarize the pathophysiology of sepsis kidney injury,the current treatment methods of sepsis kidney injury,and the mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of sepsis kidney injury,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of sepsis.
