摘要
在设施农业无土栽培系统中,营养液作为作物的主要营养源,其稳定性尤为重要,而EC值(The value of Electrical Conductivity)是衡量营养液中离子浓度的重要指标。本文设计了一款满足营养液配置和供给的在线式水肥一体机,并在生产环境下对其进行运行试验,持续跟踪水肥一体机在生产环境下的运行数据,分析水肥一体机EC值不稳定的原因,最终找到了影响EC值稳定性的3个因素:PID算法、管路系统设计以及供水水源的水压稳定性。
In the soilless cultivation system of facility agriculture,the stability of nutrient solution which as the main nutrient source of crops is particularly important,and the EC value(The value of Electrical Conductivity)is an important indicator to measure the ion concentration in nutrient solution.This article designs an online fertigation machine that meets the requirements of nutrient solution configuration and supply through pipeline system design and control system design,and conducts operational tests on it in a production environment.By continuously tracking the operating data of the fertigation machine in the production environment,analyzing the reasons for the unstable EC value,ultimately identify three factors that affect the stability of the EC value:PID algorithm,pipeline system design and the water pressure stability of water supply system.
