摘要
目的探讨外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平与腺样体肥大合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患儿病情严重程度的相关性分析。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月本院腺样体肥大合并OSAHS患儿74例为研究组,同期健康体检儿44例为对照组,统计比较2组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及CRP水平,以及不同病情严重程度患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、CRP水平,分析上述指标与患儿病情严重程度的相关性。结果研究组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);重度腺样体肥大合并OSAHS患儿CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及CRP水平高于中度,中度高于轻度(P<0.05);预后良好者CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及CRP水平均低于预后不良者(P<0.05);CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及CRP水平与患儿病情严重程度成正相关(P<0.05)。结论腺样体肥大合并OSAHS患儿CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及CRP表达升高,与患儿病情严重程度具有相关性,通过测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及CRP水平可为临床评估腺样体肥大合并OSAHS患儿病情及预后提供一定参考依据。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the correlation of T lymphocyte subsets and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in peripheral blood with the severity of patients with adenoid hypertrophy combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods From June 2020 to June 2022,74 children with adenoid hypertrophy and OSAHS in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 44 children with physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and CRP in the peripheral blood of the two groups,as wll as the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and CRP in the peripheral blood of children with dfferent disease severities,were statistically compared,and the correlation between the above indicators and the severity of the disease was analyzed.ResultsThe levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CRP in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CRP in children with severe adenoidal hypertrophy and OSAHS were higher than those in moderate and mild cases(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CRP in patients with good prognosis were lower than those in patients with poor prognosis(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CRP were positively correlated with the severity of the disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CRP in children with adenoid hypertrophy and OSAHS were significantly increased,which was related to the severity of the disease.The determination of T lymphocyte subsets and CRP levels in peripheral blood could provide some reference for clinical evaluation of the disease and prognosis of children with adenoid hypertrophy and OSAHS.
