六君子汤合六味地黄汤联合生长激素治疗特发性矮小的疗效及对血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3的影响

Effect of Liujunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with growth hormone on idiopathic short stature and their influence on serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3

目的探讨六君子汤合六味地黄汤联合生长激素治疗特发性矮小的疗效及对血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2022年6月本院特发性矮小患儿92例,参照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)、观察组(n=46)。对照组予以生长激素治疗,观察组在上述基础上予以六君子汤合六味地黄汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效、生长情况、骨代谢指标[骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)]、血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(91.30%)较对照组(73.91%)高(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后身高、体质量、生长速率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组血清BAP、IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.35%)与对照组(8.70%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六君子汤合六味地黄汤联合生长激素治疗特发性矮小疗效显著,对其身高、体质量、生长速率增长具有积极作用,还可改善骨代谢,提高血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3表达水平,且安全性良好。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of Liujunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with growth hormone on idiopathic short stature(ISS)and their influence on serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3.Methods A total of 92 idiopathic short stature children in our hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)according to random number table.The control group was treated with growth hormone,and the observation group was treated with Liujunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the growth hormone.The clinical efficacy,growth and bone metabolism indexes of the two groups[bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP)],serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3),and the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.30%,higher than that in the control group(73.91%)(P<0.05).Height,weight and growth rate in the observation group after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatments were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum BAP,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(4.35%)and the control group(8.70%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Liujunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with growth hormone have a significant effect on the treatment of ISS.It has a positive effect on the growth of height,weight and growth rate.It can also improve bone metabolism,increase the levels of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3,and has good safety.
