摘要
目的 评价嘉兴市夏季游泳池水消毒副产物卤代苯醌暴露水平。方法 于2021年—2022年的7月—8月,选择嘉兴市24个室内游泳馆,检测其游泳池水中消毒副产物2,6-二氯-1,4苯醌(2,6-DCBQ)、2,5-二溴-1,4苯醌(2,5-DBBQ)、2,3,5,6-四溴-1,4苯醌(Tetra B-1,4-BQ)、3,4,5,6-四氯-1,2苯醌(Tetra C-1,2-BQ)的浓度,基于问卷调查,对游泳人群的消毒副产物暴露特征和水平进行评价。结果 嘉兴市夏季室内游泳池水中4种卤代苯醌均有检出,浓度分别为2,6-DCBQ<0.2ng/L~38.0 ng/L;2,5-DBBQ<0.1 ng/L~0.187 ng/L;TetraB-1,4-BQ<0.05 ng/L~0.964 ng/L;TetraC-1,2-BQ<0.05 ng/L~0.162 ng/L。2,6-二氯-1,4苯醌经消化道和皮肤暴露水平最高。结论 嘉兴市夏季室内游泳池游泳人群消毒副产物卤代苯醌经消化道和皮肤的暴露处于较低水平。
Objective This paper aims to evaluate the exposure levels of disinfection by-products halobenzoquinones(HBQs)in the swimming pool water in Jiaxing city during the summer.Methods From July to August in 2021-2022,24 indoor swimming pools in Jiaxing city were selected to detect the concentrations of HBQs including 2,6-DCBQ,2,5-DBBQ,TetraB-1,4-BQ and Tetra C-1,2-BQ in swimming pool water.Based on a questionnaire survey,the exposure characteristics and levels of HBQs in the swimming population were evaluated.Results All four type of HBQs were detected in the indoor swimming pool water in Jiaxing city during the summer,with the concentrations of 2,6-DCBQ ranging from<0.2 ng/L to 38.0 ng/L,2,5-DBBQ ranging from<0.1 ng/L to 0.187 ng/L,TetraB-1,4-BQ ranging from<0.05 ng/L to 0.964 ng/L,and TetraC-1,2-BQ ranging from<0.05 ng/L to 0.162 ng/L.2,6-DCBQ had the highest exposure level through the digestive tract and skin.Conclusion The exposure levels of disinfection by-products in swimming population in the indoor swimming pool of Jiaxing City during the summer are relatively low through the digestive tract and skin.
