基于模块化构建与地图式导航的细胞生物学蛋白质分选教学设计

摘要 蛋白质是生命活动的体现者,靶向定位对于细胞发挥正常的功能至关重要。蛋白质分选是《细胞生物学》教学的重点和难点之一,目前蛋白质分选内容大都分散在不同的章节,学生难以构建整体的知识体系。该文分析了蛋白质分选部分的知识构成特点,结合学生的学情分析,创建了基于模块化构建与地图式导航的教学设计。将教材中关于蛋白质分选的内容综合成一个整体的知识模块,分为上篇和下篇,上篇主要讲述分泌型蛋白质的分选即共转运,下篇主要讲述非分泌蛋白的分选即后转运,两者有机衔接。结合蛋白质分选的路径展开地图式导航教学,图文并茂的教学方式更有助于学生系统地掌握这一部分的知识,更好地把分散在各个章节的相关知识有机地联系起来,提高学生的逻辑思维能力、综合分析能力及迁移应用能力。 Proteins are the embodiment of life activities,and their targeting is crucial for cells to performtheir normal functions.Protein sorting is one of the key and difficult points in the teaching of Cell Biology.Currently,the content of protein sorting is mostly scattered in different chapters,making it difficult for students to construct an overall knowledge.This article analyzes the knowledge composition characteristics of the protein sortingsection,and combined with the analysis of students’academic situation,creates an instructional design based onmodular construction and map navigation.Integrate the content of protein sorting in the textbook into a comprehensive knowledge module,which is divided into the first and second parts.The first part mainly focuses on the sorting of secretory proteins,namely,co-transport,and the second part mainly focuses on the sorting of non secretory proteins,namely,post-transport.The two are organically connected.Combining the path of protein sorting withmap-based navigation teaching,the teaching method with illustrations and texts is more conducive to students’systematic learning of this part of knowledge,better connecting relevant knowledge scattered in various chapters,andimproving students’logical thinking ability,comprehensive analysis ability,and transfer application ability.
