摘要
近年来,外泌体由于在多种疾病中的生理和病理作用以及增强组织修复的功能而被广泛关注。在肌肉-骨骼系统中,携带多种生物活性分子的外泌体具有成骨细胞、破骨细胞、成肌细胞及骨髓间充质干细胞等多种来源,可通过协调不同细胞间的通信参与肌肉-骨骼系统的许多生理和病理过程(肌少症、骨质疏松症、肌少-骨质疏松症),这些功能最后体现为参与肌肉修复和骨骼重塑。由于外泌体是肌细胞与骨细胞之间进行交流的重要信使,所以外泌体可能为我们探索肌少症和骨质疏松症提供新途径和新视角。该文基于外泌体对肌骨系统内部多种细胞间复杂的信使作用,深入探讨外泌体与肌骨衰减性疾病的内在关系,并展望外泌体在治疗肌骨衰减相关疾病方面的应用前景。
In recent years,exosomes have attracted widespread attention due to their physiological andpathological effects in various diseases and enhancing tissue repair function.In the musculoskeletal system,exosomes carrying a variety of bioactive molecules have multiple sources such as osteoblasts,osteoclasts,muscle cellsand bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.They can participate in many physiological and pathological processesof the musculoskeletal system(sarcopenia,osteoporosis,osteosarcopenia)by coordinating the communicationbetween different cells.These functions are finally reflected in participating in muscle repair and bone remodeling.Exosomes,as important messengers for intercellular communication within the musculoskeletal system,maybe a new pathway and perspective for us to explore the pathogenesis,treatment targets,and crosstalk relationshipbetween sarcopenia and osteoporosis.This article is based on the complex signaling effect of exosomes on variouscells within the musculoskeletal system,and delves into the internal relationship between exosomes and musculoskeletal degenerative disease.It also looks forward to the application prospects of exosomes in the treatment ofmusculoskeletal degenerative disease.
