The deep integration of technology and law not only highlights the internal rationality of the responsive law theory,but also helps to sublimate the external practical rationality.Nowadays,there are multiple conflicts in the development of the digital economy,and the anti-monopoly regulatory theory also exposes the problem of insufficient adaptability,especially the lack of prior supervision and the allocation of reasonable limits of legal responsibilities of the platform under the background of high access barriers.To this end,on the basis of adhering to the rule of law and rationality,the underlying technology"chain"enabled by decentralized platform ecology,three-dimensional regulatory system and technical compliance is gradually defined,the scope of enabling block chain is established,the legal basis of enabling is established,and compound talents are cultivated,so as to promote the coupling of anti-monopoly law and block chain technology and respond to the practical needs of high-quality economic development.Finally,the anti-monopoly of block chain will relieve the difficulties of digital economy regulation and promote the modernization of platform anti-monopoly regulation.
