社会化机器人引发的“社会问题”探析

社会化机器人作为现代信息技术、自动化技术和大数据技术等深度融合集成的“拟人化产品”,在提升人类个体社会交往能力、观照人类社会情感生活等方面具有广阔的应用前景的同时,也可能引发诸多社会问题。将社会视为一个整体和系统来看,社会化机器人可能引发的社会问题主要包括替代精神劳动、造成社会公平公正问题、引发责任归属疑难“、两性关系”僵局和信息泄露风险。只有对社会化机器人引发的社会问题进行理性审思,才能提出针对性的治理对策,促进社会化机器人规范应用和良性发展。

Social robots,as"anthropomorphic product",deeply integrated integrated in deep integration of modern information technology,automation technology,and data technology,have broad application prospects while improving the ability of individual social communication and observing the emotional life of human society,but it also triggers many social issues.In view of the overall and system,the social issues that social robots may trigger which mainly include causing replacement of spiritual labor,social fairness issues,liability to attribute difficulties,"gender relations"risk,and information leakage.Only on the basis of conducting rational trials of social issues caused by social robots,we will propose targeted governance countermeasures and promote the standardized application and healthy development of social robots.
