Construction of a Public Service Platform for Intelligent Cultural Tourism Driven by Both Data and Demand

【目的/意义】智慧文旅公共服务平台是提供综合化、智慧化文旅公共服务的应用系统与媒介,有助于文旅公共服务效率和能力的提升。【方法/过程】文章通过分析智慧文旅公共服务平台的发展现状,在遵循“数据赋能、交互共享;供需匹配、精准服务;安全可靠、系统持续”原则的基础上,按照“要求输入(目标要求、原则要求)—运行转化(资源汇聚、数据处理)—结果输出(智慧服务、终端呈现)”的逻辑依据,构建了智慧文旅公共服务平台的总体框架。【结果/结论】智慧文旅公共服务平台由基础设施层、资源汇聚层、数据处理层、智慧服务层、终端呈现层共同构成。【创新/局限】仅对智慧文旅公共服务平台进行了理论构建,未来需要借助相关技术、方法、数据等对平台可行性进行全面验证。

【Purpose/significance】The intelligent cultural and tourism public service platform is an application system and media providing comprehensive and intelligent cultural and tourism public services,which is conducive to the improvement of the efficiency and ability of cultural and tourism public services.【Method/process】By analyzing the development status of the public service platform of intelligent cultural tourism,this paper following the"data empowerment,interactive sharing;supply and demand matching,accurate service;safe and reliable,system and sustainability"principle,according to the logical basis of"request input(objectives requirements,principles requirements)-run transformation(resource gathering,data processing)–result output(intelligence service,terminal rendering)",constructs the overall framework of the public service platform of intelligent cultural tourism.【Result/conclusion】The public service platform of intelligent cultural tourism,includes five levels:infrastructure layer,resource aggregation layer,data processing layer,intelligent service layer and terminal presentation layer.【Innovation/limitation】Only the theoretical construction of the public service platform of intelligent cultural tourism has been carried out.In the future,the feasibility of the platform needs to be comprehensively verified with the help of relevant technologies,methods and data.
