SNHG6、miR-101-3p和IGF2BP3在肺腺癌中的表达及相关性研究

Expression and correlation of small RNA host gene 6,microRNA(miR)-101-3p and insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 3 in lung adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)核仁小分子RNA宿主基因6(SNHG6)、微小RNA(miR)-101-3p和胰岛素样生长因子2 mRNA结合蛋白3(IGF2BP3),在肺腺癌患者血清中的表达及其相关性。方法选取2019年2月-2022年9月本院122例肺腺癌患者(肺腺癌组)以及122例健康志愿者(对照组),检测血清SNHG6、miR-101-3p和IGF2BP3表达水平,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。Pearson法分析两指标间相关性,ROC曲线分析血清SNHG6、miR-101-3p和IGF2BP3诊断肺腺癌的效能。结果肺腺癌组血清SNHG6、IGF2BP3表达水平高于对照组,miR-101-3p表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。肺腺癌患者血清SNHG6与miR-101-3p、miR-101-3p与IGF2BP3表达水平成负相关(P<0.05),SNHG6与IGF2BP3表达水平成正相关(P<0.05)。SNHG6、miR-101-3p和IGF2BP3均与肺腺癌淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、远处转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。血清SNHG6、miR-101-3p、IGF2BP3联合诊断肺腺癌的曲线下面积为0.955,高于单一指标或两指标联合诊断效能。结论肺腺癌患者血清SNHG6、IGF2BP3表达水平升高,miR-101-3p表达水平降低,且与较差的临床病理参数相关,可用于临床肺腺癌的辅助诊断。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the expression and correlation of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)nucleolar small RNA host gene 6(SNHG6),microRNA(miR)-101-3p and insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 3(IGF2BP3)in serum of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 122 patients with lung adenocarcino⁃ma(lung adenocarcinoma group)and 122 healthy volunteers(control group)were selected from our hospital from February 2019 to September 2022 to detect the levels of serum SNHG6,miR-101-3p and IGF2BP3,so as to analyze their relationship with clinicopathological parameters.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between the two indicators.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of serum SNHG6,miR-101-3p and IGF2BP3 in lung adenocarcinoma.Results The levels of serum SNHG6 and IGF2BP3 in the LUAD group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the expression of miR-101-3p was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a negative cor⁃relation between the expression of SNHG6 and miR-101-3p,miR-101-3p and IGF2BP3 in serum of patients with lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05),and a positive correlation between the expression of SNHG6 and IGF2BP3(P<0.05).SNHG6,miR-101-3p and IGF2BP3 were all related to lymph node metastasis,tumor size,distant metastasis and TNM stage of lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum SNHG6,miR-101-3p and IGF2BP3 combined in the diag⁃nosis of lung adenocarcinoma was 0.955,which was higher than the diagnostic efficacy of a single indicator or two indicators combined.Conclusion The levels of serum SNHG6 and IGF2BP3 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma are increased,and the expression of miR-101-3p is decreased.They are associated with poor clinicopathological parameters and can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma in clinic.
