摘要
以9个不同种源(国内的6个福建种源、2个浙江种源,1个日本种源)、69个无性系柳杉为研究对象,测定其生长性状、木材质量、千粒质量和叶片形状,比较其生长特性并对其综合性状进行聚类分析与评价。结果表明,9个不同种源、69个无性系的柳杉的生长因子、千粒质量、材积质量、叶片形状等均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。主成分分析表明,生长量、千粒质量和材质因子是影响柳杉群体生长量、种子质量及材质的主成分因子(累计贡献率70.13%)。3个主成分综合评价排序前10的无性系编号分别是75、12、15、68、1、7、4、10、3、64;聚类分析法可将不同种源柳杉聚为6个类群,其中,日本及国内的黄龙、溪口、来舟、腊洋种源存在较高的一致性,而国内的石垟、天目、水门及杨梅岭种源间则互相渗透。
A total of 69 clones of Cryptomeria fortunei from 9 provenances,including 6 from Fujian,2 from Zhejiang and 1 Japanese clone were compared on growth traits,wood quality,1000⁃grain weight and leaf shape,and cluster analysis was further performed to evaluate the overall growth characteristics.The results showed that there were significant differences on growth factor,1000⁃grain weight,volume quality and leaf shape(P<0.05)among the 69 clones from 9 provenances,among which growth factor,1000⁃grain weight and volume quality were the primary factors influencing population growth,seed quality and volume quality by principal com⁃ponent analysis,with cumulative contribution rate amounting to 70.13%.Top 10 clones based on the score of comprehensive evalua⁃tion of the 3 primary components were as follows:clone 75,12,15,68,1,7,4,10,3 and 64.All the clones of C.fortunei were divided into 6 groups according to cluster analysis,among which those from Japan,Huanglong,Xikou,Laizhou,and Layang prove⁃nances shared high level of consistency,and those from Shiyang,Tianmu,Shuimen and Yangmeiling provenancees experienced mu⁃tual infiltration.
