摘要
设计并合成了17种水杨酸酯类化合物,以其为内给电子体制备了一系列齐格勒-纳塔催化剂,用于制备聚丙烯。结果表明:当苯基对位取代基为乙基、异丙基或者芳基取代基为萘基时,所得聚丙烯的等规度太低。内给电子体为水杨酸异丁酯结构和水杨酸芳基酚酯结构的催化剂具有较高的活性,所得聚丙烯具有较高的等规度。含有对甲苯基的内给电子体和9,9-双(甲氧甲基)芴(BMMF)具有较好的复配效果,当BMMF的质量分数仅为10%时,催化剂的活性及所得聚丙烯的等规度均符合工业化的基本要求。
Seventeen kinds of salicylic ester compounds were designed and synthesized,which were used as internal electron donors to prepare a series of Ziegler-Natta catalysts for preparation of polypropylene.The results show that when the phenyl para substituent is ethyl,isopropyl or the aryl substituent is naphthalene,the isotacticity of the obtained polypropylene is too low.Catalysts with internal electron donors of isobutyl salicylate and arylphenol salicylate structures exhibit high activity,resulting in high isotacticity of polypropylene.Internal electron donor containing p-toluene group and 9,9-bis(methoxymethyl)fluorene(BMMF)have a good composite effect.When the mass fraction of BMMF is only 10%,the activity of the catalyst and the isotacticity of the obtained polypropylene meet the basic requirements of industrialization.
