摘要
采用共混改性技术,将一种消费塑料回收聚丙烯(PCR-PP)加入聚丙烯(PP)新料中,制备了再生PP(RPP)树脂,研究了RPP树脂的力学性能、气味、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)和热老化性能。结果表明:与PP新料相比,当PCR-PP质量分数不超过30%时,RPP树脂拉伸性能和弯曲性能的保持率均不低于95%,23℃和-30℃下的冲击性能变化均较小;当PCR-PP质量分数为30%时,RPP树脂的综合性能较好,满足汽车内饰材料的性能要求。
Using blending modification technology,recycled polypropylene(RPP)resin was prepared by blending a kind of consumer plastic recycled polypropylene(PCR-PP)into new polypropylene(PP).The mechanical property,odor,volatile organic compounds(VOC)and thermal aging property of the RPP resin were studied.The results show that compared with PP new material,when the mass fraction of PCR-PP does not exceed 30%,the retention rates of tensile property and bending property of RPP resin exceeded 95%,and the impact performance changes at 23℃and-30℃are relatively small.When the mass fraction of PCR-PP is 30%,the comprehensive performance of RPP resin is good,meeting the performance requirements of automotive interior materials.
