Transformation and Improvement:The Choice of Paths of Development for Higher Vocational Education Under the Background of Enrollment Expansion of Higher Vocational Education

高职扩招能优化职业教育生源结构、整合职业教育资源,并能在深化教育改革的基础上带动高职教育高质量发展,促使其更好地服务区域经济发展。但扩招也引发了高职教育发展的一系列现实问题,对高职教育的人才培养模式、教育特色及产教融合等都提出了新要求。基于此,高职院校应分类管理精准教育,立足不同生源主体的差异化需求创新人才培养模式,打造特色化人才培养转型之路,同时持续深化产教融合,在多元主体的协作中契合经济转型新要求,以全方位实现提质增效。

The enrollment expansion of higher vocational education can optimize the structure of students of vocational education,integrate resources of vocational education,and drive the high-quality development of vocational education on the basis of deepening the education reform,impelling it to better serve regional economic development.However,the enrollment expansion has also triggered a series of practical problems in the development of vocational education,posing new requirements for the mode of personnel training,educational characteristics and industry-education integration in higher vocational education.Based on this,vocational colleges should implement classified management and precise education,innovate the mode of personnel training based on the differentiated needs of different sources of students,and create a characteristic transformational path of personnel training.Meanwhile,they should continue to deepen the industry-education integration and meet the new requirements of economic transformation in the cooperation of multiple subjects,to achieve overall improvement of quality and efficiency.
