新形势下农村职业教育推动农业经济发展的困难与挑战

在国家积极创新发展农村经济、牢牢守住保障国家粮食安全和不发生规模性返贫两条底线,扎实有序推进乡村发展、乡村建设、乡村治理,全面推进乡村振兴取得新进展的新时代背景下,发展农村职业教育至关重要。同时站在可持续发展的角度来看,积极促进经济发展并维持可持续的发展状态,教育是不断传承知识、促进发展的关键,所以农村职业教育无疑是促进农村经济发展的一剂良方。目前,虽然职业教育规模不断扩大,近些年在以12%左右的速度增长,但职业教育的实施以及运用效率还有待加强,只有职业教育真正深入人心才能发挥其作用。农村职业教育可以通过改变思想、积极克服困难解决问题、有效运用科技的方式促进农业农村经济发展,并能为完善人力资本结构、提高农业生产效率、促进农村产业兴旺带来巨大价值。然而,农村职业教育在推动农村经济发展过程中存在精准实施教育政策、自然条件约束、教育体系结构不完善的困难与挑战。基于此,要通过建立健全相关政策、克服自然条件约束、整合运用各地资源,完善教育体系,及时巧妙地将教育与科技、金融相融合,促进农村经济的可持续发展。

Under the background of the new era,the country actively innovates and develops the rural economy,firmly guards the two bottom lines of guaranteeing national food security and avoiding large-scale poverty return,promotes rural development,rural construction and rural governance in a continuous and orderly manner,and promotes a comprehensive rural regeneration,it is of great importance to develop rural vocational education.Meanwhile,from the perspective of sustainable development,actively promoting economic development and maintaining a state of sustainable development,education is the key to the continuous transmission of knowledge and promoting development,so rural vocational education is undoubtedly a good prescription to promote rural economic development.Recently,the professional education scale becomes bigger at a speed about 12 percent,however,the efficiency of it still needs to be reinforced.Only when vocational education is truly deeply rooted in people's hearts can it play its role.Rural vocational training can promote the development of the rural economy through the exchange of ideas,overcoming difficulties and solving problems,and effectively using science and technology,and bring great value in improving human capital structure,enhancing agricultural production efficiency,and making contributions to the prosperity of countryside industries.However,for professional education,in rural areas there are many challenges and difficulties,including the educational policy implementation,the natural environment forbidden and the education structure imperfection.Based on this,the education system should be improved through setting up the related policies,overcoming the constraints of natural conditions,integrating and using local resources,perfecting the education system,and skillfully integrating education with science and technology and finance in time,so as to promote the sustainable development of the rural economy.
