腹主动脉腔内修复术后内漏的原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 腹主动脉腔内修复术(endovascular aortic repair,EVAR)是目前治疗腹主动脉瘤的重要手段,和传统的开放手术相比可提高患者的早期生存率[1]。内漏是血管腔内修复术特有且最常见的并发症,对手术效果及患者预后均有影响,是目前EVAR治疗腹主动脉瘤的难点。根据术后瘤腔血流来源,可将内漏分为Ⅰ~Ⅴ型[2]。本文将对各型内漏发生的原因及相应的处理作一论述。
