本文总结国医大师熊继柏教授运用“肺与大肠相表里”理论的临证经验。熊教授认为“肺与大肠相表里”理论的内涵在于肺里大肠表、大肠里肺表、肺与大肠同里、肺与大肠同表。“肺与大肠相表里”理论的实现途径在于气机升降相因、津液代谢相关、经脉络属相连、阴阳五行相系。在临床应用上,当以人为本,把握病机,采用肺肠同治或肠肺同治的方法,疗效显著。
