摘要
冠心病(CHD)和颈动脉狭窄是心脑血管疾病的重要病因,冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)和颈动脉内膜切除术(CEA)是针对该问题的有效治疗手段,该治疗手段在国内外经过多年发展逐渐成熟并获得一致推荐。本文就CABG与CEA各自的发展与现状、CHD与颈动脉狭窄的相关性以及同期CABG联合CEA相关内容进行综述。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)and carotid stenosis are the main causes of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Meanwhile,coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)and carotid endarterectomy(CEA)are effective treatments for this problem.After years of development at home and abroad,these treatments are gradually maturing and are unanimously recommended.In this paper,the development and current situation of CABG and CEA respectively,the correlation between CHD and carotid artery stenosis,and the relevant contents of simultaneous CABG combined with CEA are reviewed.
