Value,Process and Enlightenment of the CPC’s Insistence on Investigation and Research

调查研究是谋事之基、成事之道,是领导干部做好各项工作的基本功。中国共产党坚持调查研究是应对内外形势之“变”的现实需要、理论指导行动之“用”的必然要求、破解风险考验之“源”的有效方法。回顾建党以来的100多年,中国共产党将调查研究贯穿中国革命、建设和改革的全过程,形成了重视调查研究的优良传统,并取得了一系列调查研究理论和实践成果。新时代新征程上,中国共产党坚持以调查研究工作方法全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,需要践行坚持问题导向、坚持人民至上、坚持理论创新、坚持科学调研的基本原则。

Investigation and research are the basis of planning and accomplishing work,therefore it's the basic skills for cadres to finish various work well.The Communist Party of China insists that investigation and research are effective ways to cope with the practical needs of“changes”in internal and external situations,the inevitable requirements of the“use”of theories to guide actions,and handling with“the source”of risks and tests.Looking back on the more than 100 years since the founding of the CPC,the CPC has carried out investigation and research throughout the whole process of China's revolution,construction and reform,forming a fine tradition of attaching importance to investigation and research,and achieving a series of theoretical and practical achievements.On the new era and the new journey,the CPC insists to use investigation and research to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It needs to practice the basic principles of problem-oriented,people-oriented,theoretical innovation and scientific research.
