发展冷链物流业,可以保证鲜活农产品的质量和安全,满足消费者对健康食品的需求,推动农产品行业的可持续发展。冷链物流发展主要受运输与配送、仓储设备、温度控制设备和管理信息系统四个方面影响,有必要以此为基础提取十二个指标建立影响指标体系,运用DEMATEL-ISM方法建立冷链物流发展影响因素的多层递阶模型。设施的规模、适用性、可靠性及覆盖范围是冷链物流发展的基础,运输质量服务和设施的管理与运营是冷链物流发展的最终目标。

In order to promote the quality and safety of fresh and live agricultural products,to meet consumer demand for healthy food,and to promote the sustainable development of the agricultural industry,it's necessary to develop cold chain logistics.The development of cold chain logistics is mainly influenced by four aspects:transportation and distribution,storage facilities,temperature control equipment and management information system.on this basis,twelve indicators are extracted to establish the influence index system,DEMATEL-ISM is used to establish the multi-level hierarchical model of cold chain logistics development influencing factors.It can be concluded that:the scale and applicability of facilities,reliability and applicability of facilities and coverage are the basis for the development of cold chain logistics,and the quality service of transportation and the management and operation of facilities are the ultimate goal of cold chain logistics development.
