摘要
高校思政课课堂作为思想政治教育的主要阵地,实际教学质量有待提高。思政课“坐后排”现象逐渐成为大学生逃避、反感思想政治教育的一种表达方式,严重制约了思政课教师的教学创新,成为影响思政课实效性提高的主要因素。深刻剖析后,可发现其核心原因在于高校对思政课缺乏重视,思政课教师的主导性发挥不够,大学生参与思政课的主体性不强以及多元思潮对大学生价值认同的冲击。针对这一现象,提出以教学实效性为抓手来重塑高校思政课堂。
The ideological and political classroom in colleges and universities is the main position of ideological and political education,but its actual teaching quality needs tobe improved.The phenomenon of“sitting in the back row”in ideological and political courses has gradually become an expression of college students’evasion and disgust with ideological and political education,which has seriously restricted the teaching innovation of ideological and political teachers,and has become the main factor affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.After a profound analysis,it can be found that the core reason is the lack of attention paid by universities to ideological and political courses,the insufficient leadership of ideological and political course teachers,the weak subjectivity of college students in participating in ideological and political courses,and the impact of diverse ideological trends on college students’value identification.In response to this phenomenon,this paper proposes to reshape the ideological and political classroom in universities by focusing on teaching effectiveness.
