摘要
高压天然气管道内水合物的沉降堆积会引发严重的安全问题,而理解水合物浆液流动特性是解决问题的关键。文中运用计算流体力学的方法,利用FLUENT软件对高压直管内水合物浆液的流动特性进行数值模拟,探究入口压强、水合物颗粒体积分数、水合物颗粒粒径和水合物颗粒密度对水合物浆液流动特性的影响。结果表明,在高压天然气管道内,水合物颗粒会沿着管道壁面在近壁面区域发生沉降堆积,且其沉积程度会随着入口压力,颗粒体积分数,水合物颗粒粒径的增大而增加,而水合物颗粒密度对其沉积特性整体影响较大。
The settlement and accumulation of hydrates in high-pressure natural gas pipelines can cause serious safety issues,and understanding the flow characteristics of hydrate slurry is the key to solving the problems.In this paper,the method of computational fluid dynamics is used to simulate the flow characteristics of hydrate slurry in high-pressure straight pipes by using FLUENT software,and the influence of inlet pressure,inlet volume fraction of hydrate particles,hydrate particle size and hydrate particle density on the flow characteristics of hydrate slurry is explored.The results indicate that hydrate particles will settle and accumulate along the pipeline wall in the near-wall region in high-pressure natural gas pipelines,and their accumulation will increase with the increase of inlet pressure,particle volume fraction,and hydrate particle size.The density of hydrate particles has a significant impact on their deposition characteristics.
